Average closing costs for all home equity products are approximately $400 if a full appraisal is not required and $850 if a full appraisal is required. Loans not to exceed 80% loan-to-value combined with all pre-existing liens. The average time from application to closing is two weeks if all necessary documentation is provided timely. Rates and terms may vary based on creditworthiness and lendable equity. If any rates are quoted, they are subject to change until locked.
